chupacabra

Neither local militiamen nor veterinarians can explain what kind of a creature is holding in awe dwellers of Anuiskoe Settlement in the Altai Territory.

Judging by descriptions of the eyewitnesses, the mysterious monster attacks their domestic animals at night and sucks their blood out making them die.

In the recent months there have been registered 13 cases of mass murder of rabbits and other small livestock in Anuiskoe Settlement.

Local dwellers are panicking. Some extremely strong and smart beast breaks doors of the rabbit cages, breaks out pieces of wood, and undermines the sheds. The character and traces of attacks are always the same: the rabbits are killed, each of them having only two small pinholes at the back of the neck, and sorted out into heaps. During night attacks on the rabbits the watchdogs yelp of fear and hide in doghouses.

Local Internet users just add up to the fears. In any search engine the most popular answer to the request “mysterious death of rabbits” refers to the vampire animal Chupacabra unknown to scientists.

It is possible that there may have been multiple kills of the mysterious Chupacabra creature in Texas. At a barn in Hood County , Texas the hunt for the chupacabra may have ended. An animal control officer named Frank Hackett shot and killed a extremely odd and ugly creature.

Many believe that the creature killed by Hackett is the elusive chupacabra or goat sucker. But this was not the only chupacabra sighting to happen in Hood county. A second chupacabra was sighted and also killed several miles away from the Hackett killing.

Both of the creatures appear very similar and look somewhat like ugly dogs , hairless coyotes, or possibly some yet undocumented creature known as el chupacabra. Legend of the chupacabra says that the creatures would attack and suck the blood from goats.

When questioned officer Hackett would not say if he believed if these creatures was or was not the chupacabra and said he will wait for DNA test results to make up his mind. But he says one thing he does know is that these creatures were not normal. Another officer who also saw the creature at the scene said she had never seen anything like it. Here is a video of the ;locals and the creatures, the images of the creature are pretty nasty.

Animal experts are baffled by a small, hairless creature found dead on the golf course at Runaway Bay in Wise County.

Maintenance worker Tony Potter picked it up Wednesday morning.  To him it looked a little like a raccoon with no hair.

“Definitely not a dog,” he said.

Potter showed the remains to several people and then took it to a veterinarian’s office in Bridgeport.  He said no one there could identify it, either.

“My wife wouldn’t let me keep it in the freezer,” he said, so Potter gave it to the Center for Animal Research and Education, a big cat sanctuary in Bridgeport.

The creature is dark brown, about 18 inches long, with a black nose and a face resembling a rodent — but with long canine teeth jutting from the upper and lower jaws.

The front claws have narrow digits about a half-inch long, with long, narrow nails.

Whatever this is has powerful rear legs “almost like a kangaroo,” according to CARE research assistant Sherre Sacher.   She said the front claws look like they’re made for digging.

The tail is like that of an opossum, but not quite as long.

“It’s really exciting,” Sacher said.   “I can’t wait to find out what it is.”

The center hopes to hear from experts who would like to examine the animal. Some who have seen it wonder if it’s the legendary chupacabra, an animal that supposedly sucks the blood of goats.

If nothing else, one thing appears certain:  This is the ugliest bogey ever seen on the Runaway Bay golf course.

Texas Man Says He Has Mythical Chupacabra

A man living north of San Antonio says he has quite the animal sitting in his freezer — and it may be a mythical chupacabra.

Jerry Ayer, a teacher at the Blanco Taxidermy School in Blanco, Texas, told TV station KSAT that he’s never seen anything like it.

“Different, that’s for sure, very interesting,” said Ayer.

The find comes amid a number of strange sightings in the area. The animal is gray in color with leathery, hairless skin and large fangs.

“The front legs seem to be a little bit longer than a typical coyote, very irregular and never seen any that have legs like that,” said Ayer.

Similar animals have been spotted across the country and deep in South America.

“I don’t know what to call it, I’ll just call it a chupacabra too,” Ayer told KSAT.

He said he came across the animal because a former student of his didn’t know what it was either and sought advice.

“It got into his cousin’s barn and they thought maybe it was a rodent tearing things up, and they had no idea since they’ve never seen it,” said Ayer. “He got out some poison, and this is what they got the very next day.”

Ayer said he plans to preserve the animal with taxidermy. He also said he hopes a local museum will take it for display so everyone can marvel at the strange animal.

“It’s definitely something I don’t want to throw away,” said Ayer. “I think it will be an interesting mount and a tremendous conversation piece.”

The chupacabra myth began not long ago in the 1990s when eyewitnesses claimed to have seen it in Puerto Rico. Farmers there said sheep were found with puncture wounds and were drained of blood. A total of 150 farm animals were reportedly killed by the beast. Since then, sightings have been reported from Chile to Maine.

The mythical beast also found its way into popular culture and television. CNN’s Ed Lavandera called the chupacabra the “bigfoot of Latino culture.” The animal gets its name from Spanish, chupacabra literally means “goat sucker.”

Finds like the one in Blanco have appeared on the History Channel’s “Monster Quest,” they were subsequently determined to be dogs or coyotes.
